My Philosophy

Our bodies have the ability to heal when we provide the optimal conditions. The services and products I recommend are ones I personally use. I learned and started offering these healing modalities after having very positive results in my own life.

CranioSacral Therapy

Our bodies are quite adept at repairing themselves. Craniosacral Therapy is relaxing and restorative. A light touch allows support to be provided to the fascia and tissue in the body to allow release of stress, tension and restriction stored there. It is highly effective on the physical and emotional level. Clients remain fully clothed allowing them to relax more deeply. I provide this service in my Osseo office or in the comfort of your own home.

Somatic Experiencing Practitioner

Somatic Experiencing (SE) is a method for healing overwhelming or traumatic experiences and the impact on the clients body and in their life, In this approach, I create a safe space for the client’s nervous system to explore what it is ready to in order to gain an expanded ability to tolerate distress while releasing trauma and suppressed emotions that have been stored in the body. Accurate reader with over 12 years experience. I have read for thousands of people and have many repeat clients. "It's like talking to a trusted friend" is how a client described a reading with me. I have a positive outlook and a conversational style and connect with the clients energy. Messages, even the difficult ones that are hard to hear, are for everyone’s highest and best good, delivered with kindness and compassion. Often the messages will be things that, on some level, the client knows to be true. We are taught to look for answers outside of ourselves and haven't been supported in partnering with our inner wisdom. When I offer to the client something that resonates with them, it helps them gain clarity on their path and also increases trust in their own inner wisdom. Take only what fits and leave the rest. Sometimes, a message will come and the client may not have any idea of what its meaning is for a few days or longer – but then something will come into their awareness and then it will have meaning. I have had so many people come back to me and say “Remember what you told me last time…” and then go on to share their experience.

Healy Frequency
